Oven Baked Asian Organic Chicken Wings
INGREDIENTS
• 2.3KG Chicken Wings
• 2 Green Onions
• 1 piece of Ginger (big piece)
• 10 Garlic Cloves
• 5G Sichuan peppercorn (1 tablespoon)
• 67G Regular soy sauce (¼ cup)
• 16G Dark soy sauce (1 tablespoon)
• 16G Maggi liquid seasoning (1 tablespoon)
• 2 small Golden Potatoes
• 2.3KG Chicken Wings
• 2 Green Onions
• 1 piece of Ginger (big piece)
• 10 Garlic Cloves
• 5G Sichuan peppercorn (1 tablespoon)
• 67G Regular soy sauce (¼ cup)
• 16G Dark soy sauce (1 tablespoon)
• 16G Maggi liquid seasoning (1 tablespoon)
• 2 small Golden Potatoes
DIRECTIONS
- Add all seasoning to chicken and marinate overnight
- Slice potatoes and lay it at the bottom of the baking tray, before lining marinated chicken wings on potatoes.
- Cover with foil with holes
- Bake for 20 minutes at 425°F/220°C with foil on
- Same temperature without foil bake for 10-15minutes
- Finish with broil for 3-5 minutes
