They are good on the grill, in the pan, in your favourite vegetables, seafood pasta, seafood in a bag, in the steamer or in your soup for a quick meal.
Pair them with your favourite stir fry sauce – XO, black pepper etc. – for a quick and tasty protein dish, or simply pan sear them to enjoy them in its natural form.

Storage: Keep frozen at -18 degrees Celsius. Good for up to 6 months when frozen.
To use: Place frozen fish or seafood in the chiller to thaw overnight, or remove from freezer at least 2-3 hours before use.
