Harami (Thin/Inside Skirt) is one of the most popular meat cuts among Japanese Yakiniku or Korean BBQ lovers.
This cut is tender, chewy and leaner than other cuts. It is also great for marination as the coarse grain and thin nature of the cut allows marinades to permeate and impart flavours easily.
Sliced 5mm for your Grill or Stir fry convenience. Cook it on the grill Yakiniku style, or marinate it with your favourite stir fry sauce.

Fun fact: Most Harami out there are made using Thick/Outside Skirt, which in appearance is longer, wider and thicker, often with a running tendon/sinew that is hard to chew on if not removed. Our Harami is made using Black Angus Thin Skirt with no tendons. This means it is more tender and easy to chew on.
