We are excited to bring you Black Angus THIN SKIRT or “Harami” from the green pastures of Australia!
Most Harami out there are made using Thick Skirt, which in appearance is both longer and wider. They are also thicker, often with tendon in it which could be hard to chew on if not removed.
🔥 Our Harami is made using chilled Josdale Black Angus Thin Skirt with no tendons. 🔥 Sliced 5mm for your Grill or Stir fry convenience.
Cook it on the grill Yakiniku style, or marinate it with your favourite stir fry sauce. This cut of beef is great for marination as the coarse grain and thin nature of the cut allows marinades to impart flavor and permeate easily.

Diet: Grass-Fed, Free from antibiotics and growth hormones
Note: Due to the nature of meat products, there might be slight variances on colour and product weight from those shown on site.
Storage: Keep frozen at -18 degrees Celsius. Good for up to 6 months when frozen.
To use: Place frozen meat in the chiller to thaw overnight, or remove from freezer at least 2-3 hours before use.
Instructions: Do not refreeze and to be consumed within 3 days from date of thawing.
