Oven Baked Asian Organic Chicken Wings

INGREDIENTS

• 2.3KG Chicken Wings
• 2 Green Onions
• 1 piece of Ginger (big piece)
• 10 Garlic Cloves
• 5G Sichuan peppercorn (1 tablespoon)

• 67G Regular soy sauce (¼ cup)
• 16G Dark soy sauce (1 tablespoon)
• 16G Maggi liquid seasoning (1 tablespoon)
• 2 small Golden Potatoes

• 2.3KG Chicken Wings
• 2 Green Onions
• 1 piece of Ginger (big piece)
• 10 Garlic Cloves
• 5G Sichuan peppercorn (1 tablespoon)
• 67G Regular soy sauce (¼ cup)
• 16G Dark soy sauce (1 tablespoon)
• 16G Maggi liquid seasoning (1 tablespoon)
• 2 small Golden Potatoes

DIRECTIONS

  1. Add all seasoning to chicken and marinate overnight
  2. Slice potatoes and lay it at the bottom of the baking tray, before lining marinated chicken wings on potatoes.
  3. Cover with foil with holes
  4. Bake for 20 minutes at 425°F/220°C with foil on
  5. Same temperature without foil bake for 10-15minutes
  6. Finish with broil for 3-5 minutes
