Delivery Information
We deliver island wide from Monday to Saturday.
Same day delivery is available between Monday to Friday, for orders placed by 12pm. For weekend orders, the items will be delivered earliest on Monday.
Kindly note that there are no deliveries on Sundays, Public Holidays and Chinese New Year Eve.
*We can support self collection. Kindly use promo code SELFCOLL at Check Out and select Collection Date and Time Slot.

Delivery Note
Kindly ensure someone will be present to pick up the products upon delivery as our meats are temperature sensitive and needs to be frozen immediately upon receipt if not to be consumed on the same day.
Punched Foods will not be liable for any damage or deterioration in quality due to mishandling of products post delivery.
Products will be delivered in paper bags or cardboard boxes as part of our efforts to go green, instead of Styrofoam boxes.
For delivery no-shows, redelivery charges will apply.
