Similar to Cod or Haddock — this is great for people who prefer light-tasting white fish (not fishy). It is prized for its light flakey texture and delicate sweet flavour.
This item is widely used in fish & chips, fish burgers and fish tempura. Suitable for baking, grilling, pan-frying, or deep-frying.

Storage: Keep frozen at -18 degrees Celsius. Good for up to 6 months when frozen.
To use: Place frozen fish or seafood in the chiller to thaw overnight, or remove from freezer at least 2-3 hours before use.
Instructions: Do not refreeze and to be consumed within 3 days from date of thawing.
