Shipping & Refund Policy

1. Kindly ensure someone is home to receive our products as they are frozen and highly susceptible to temperature changes. This is to prevent food contamination if the product is left outside your home. In the event where the delivery personnel fail to contact anyone at home, we will text/call you for other possible arrangements.

2. Do note that there will be an additional cost of $15 for redelivery. For redeliveries, we will not be liable for any changes in quality of items.

3. Pictures used on the site are for illustration purposes only. Actual product may vary from product to product due to packaging redesign and improvements.

4. We undertake stringent food handling practices for all our products. Therefore, products purchased and accepted upon delivery cannot be exchanged, returned or refunded. The only exception is when the item was delivered in a damaged condition and rejected upon delivery.
